“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“The hotel was under construction when I went, so I was unable to go to their carousel bar which is why I picked the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful though.”

“esperienza pessima! prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno. Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto. Pessima esperienza!”

“I have mixed feelings about our stay. The location was great - quiet, safe, and close enough that we didn't feel like we were missing anything. Many popular areas were within walking distance, and the price was reasonable. We booked a king deluxe room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were placed in a double queen because no king rooms were available. Since I'm a bigger guy, this started the stay on a disappointing note. We chose not to make a big deal of it, especially after the front desk...

“The hotel itself is amazing! It’s such a cute property and the rooms had everything we needed. The only negative is the onsite parking (for a fee). The lot is TINY and can be difficult at times to get in and out of parking spaces.”

“The room was dark so I couldn’t see the spots on the sheets and comforters. The next morning as we opened the blinds for sunlight we noticed the sheets was dirty on the side that wasn’t slept on. Housekeeper changed sheets but didn’t replace the duvet cover.”
